Ben jij een ervaren Data & AI professional ‑ die energie krijgt van het bouwen van teams, het helpen van klanten en het inhoudelijk leiden van highimpact projecten? Wil jij het verschil maken bij organisaties die hun datalandschap vernieuwen met Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Foundry AI, Purview, Profisee en Databricks? Dan bieden wij jou bij Macaw ‑ de kans om als Technical Service Lead (TSL) een sleutelrol te spelen binnen onze serviceline Data & AI (DSI).

Jouw rol binnen Macaw

Als TSL combineer je technische diepgang met leiderschap en klantgerichtheid. Je bent de spil tussen onze klanten, jouw teamleden en het bredere DSI-portfolio‑. Je weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen én collega’s te coachen om deze met kwaliteit te realiseren.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Leiden en coachen van Data & AI consultants binnen de serviceline Data & AI, waarbij je zorgt voor groei, kwaliteit en teamcohesie.
  • Begeleiden van klanten in hun Data & AI transformatie‑, met focus op Microsofttechnologie zoals Fabric, Power BI, Azure (incl. AI/Foundry), ‑Purview maar ook Profisee en Databricks.
  • Actieve inzet in klantprojecten (ca. 70%), waaronder architectuur, technisch inhoudelijke leiding, reviews, quality assurance en het oplossen van complexe technische uitdagingen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties, en optreden als trusted advisor voor data‑ en AI-vraagstukken‑.
  • Signaleren van kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten, en bijdragen aan presales, offering ‑ontwikkeling en business development.
  • Zorgdragen voor project‑ en teamperformance (kwaliteit, levering, capaciteit, inzet, budgetten).
  • Vertalen van markt‑ en technologieontwikkelingen naar concrete acties binnen DSI, en deze kennis delen binnen je team.
  • Bijdragen aan productized services, zoals Macaw’s AI Migration Bridge, Data Platform Onderwijs en Data Platform Gemeenten

Hoe jij ons team versterkt?

Wij zoeken gepassioneerde professionals die energie krijgen van technologie, leiderschap en klantimpact.

Dit breng je mee?

  • Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of data‑ gerelateerde‑ richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Data & AI projecten‑ en het aansturen of coachen van technische teams.
  • Sterke kennis van Microsoft Data & AI ‑technologie, zoals Fabric en/of Databricks, Azure, Power BI, Azure AI/Foundry en Purview.
  • Ervaring met klantcontact, presales en solutioning.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met delivery excellence, bijvoorbeeld als lead consultant, architect of technisch projectlead.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een teamspeler met overtuigingskracht, empathie en natuurlijk leiderschap.
  • Commerciële mindset: je weet kansen te herkennen, denkt mee over business development en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen richting klanten en collega’s.
  • Eigenaarschap: je pakt verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten, stuurt actief bij waar nodig en durft beslissingen te nemen, ook als het spannend wordt.
  • Resultaatgericht: je werkt doelgericht, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Affiniteit met leidinggeven en HR: je hebt plezier in het aansturen van teams, bent betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van collega’s en hebt oog voor HR-gerelateerde processen zoals coaching, beoordelingsgesprekken en teamdynamiek.

Team Lead, Data & Analytics
Hours and location

32-40 hours, location Hoofddorp, at home or at the client’s premises.

Salary

Step 1
Getting to know you
We would like to get to know you! After you have indicated your interest to us, you will be called by one of our Recruiters. We will tell you more about Macaw, have a genuine interest in you and will be happy to answer your first questions.

Step 3
The second conversation
